About Ann Cason
"When Ann is on the communications team, you know at least two things will happen: one, the final product will be a class act, and two, the intended target audience will get the correct message. Ann just has a talent for seeing that both happen every time," Masengill Marketing Associates Chairman, Ralph Masengill said.
As a photojournalist for several Florida newspapers, Ann has distinguished herself as a professional when it comes to communicating through pictures. As a college instructor she taught others how to effectively get a point across with wit and dignity. In her leadership position as manager of a large Florida tourist attraction gift shop, Ann learned how to deal with people on a one-on-one basis, as well as how to communicate with large public groups.
Ann and her husband, who is a freelance writer, left Florida for the hills of East Tennessee to escape the "grind" of city life in 1989. They built a log cabin for themselves here in the woods of Grainger County, Tennessee, and have never looked back. We are surely glad they did. Ann came to us a couple of years ago as a computer design expert and has recently moved up to a new leadership position as company creative director. With a degree in Industrial Design, Visual Communications Design from Ohio State University, plus her 15 years experience in the field, Ann is well suited for her position as head of our Creative Design Division.
Ann understands that communication is her goal. Ann believes that style, form, design, color, balance and all the rest are tools that help her say what needs to be said about a client. Her impeccable good taste and her ability to convey the proper feeling to our clients' customers and prospects make her an indispensable part of any successful communications effort.
