Mission Statement
MISSION: The Masengill Marketing Associates is a regional full service agency in business to satisfy the needs of our clients who are our friends and bosses. We satisfy their needs by forming positive relationships with them that allow us to tell a positive truth about their products and services to present and prospective customers. Our agency will strive to continually offer to our clients the highest possible value at a reasonable cost. Our mission is to continually improve the services and products offered to meet the needs of our clients which will allow us to prosper as a business. Quality is always foremost.
VALUES: How we accomplish our mission is as important as the mission itself. Fundamental to success for the agency are these basic values:
- People. Our people are the source of our strength. They provide our corporate intelligence and determine our reputation and vitality. Involvement and teamwork are our core human values.
- Services. Our services are the end result of our efforts, and they should be the best in serving our clients. As our services are viewed, so are we viewed.
- Profits. Profits are the ultimate measure of how efficiently we provide clients with the best services and products for their needs. Profits are required to survive and grow.
GUIDING PRINCIPLES: Quality always comes first. To achieve client satisfaction, the quality of our services must be our number one priority.
- Clients are the focus of everything we do. Our work must be done with our clients in mind, providing better services and products than our competition. Value is the key to our success.
- Continuous improvement is essential to our success. We must strive for excellence in everything we do: in our services, in their effectiveness and value, and in our products, our human relations, our competitiveness and our profitability.
- Employee involvement is our way of life. We are a team. We must treat each other with trust and respect.
- Integrity is never compromised. The conduct of our agency must be pursued in a manner that is Biblically responsible and commands respect for its integrity and for its positive contributions to our region, state, and nation. Our doors are open to men and women alike without regard to ethnic origin.
